30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

Proof of purchase may be required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used.

Items that are opened, used, or damaged due to misuse may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request photos of the product and packaging to assist in resolving the issue.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to cancel it.

Chargebacks & Disputes

If you experience any issues with your order, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team first.

Our team is committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may delay the resolution process.
