Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow additional time for order processing during peak periods such as holidays, promotions, or high order volume.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Tracking information may take 1–3 business days to update after the package has been shipped.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Zenpali is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us as soon as possible before the order is shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact our support team so we can assist you in working with the shipping carrier.

Zenpali is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. However, we will do our best to help resolve any shipping issues.
